I Love Cheese was conceived by Steve Davies and Sean Brophy one rainy night in a stand-up yakitori bar in Akasaka. Bemoaning the extreme lack of good quality tasty cheeses that have become almost commonplace in Britan in the last ten years with the revival in the farmhouse cheese industry, a plan was set in motion to try and rectify the situation and bring at least some part of the incredible array of artisan cheese from the UK and Ireland to the deprived cheese enthusiasts of Japan.
